Step 1  Press the "Command+F5" keys to turn on the VoiceOver feature.

Step 2  Press the "Control+Option+U" keys to Open the rotor dialog.

Step 3  Move to the "links list" dialog using the "Left or Right" arrow keys. 

Step 4  Select the "Projects" link from the "Links List" dialog.

Step 5  Press the "Return" key to change the focus of the VoiceOver screen reader.  

Step 6  The focus will be on the "Projects" Dropdown. Press the "Shift+Return" keys to expand the "Projects" dropdown list in Jira.

Step 7  Press the "Up+Down" keys to select the "service desk" project to open the "Browse Projects" screen in Jira.

Step 8  Press the "Control+Option+U" keys to Open the rotor dialog.

Step 9  Move to the "Form fields" list using the "Left or Right" arrow keys. 

Step 10 Select the "Search for project search edit" form from the "Form fields List" list.

Step 11 Press the "Return" key to change the focus of the VoiceOver screen reader to the "Search field" "Browse Projects" screen in Jira.

Step 12 Type the service project name that needed to be accessed in the search field of the "Browse Projects" screen of Jira.

Step 13 Press the "Tab/Shift+Tab" keys to move the service desk project which needs to be open in the "Browse Projects" screen of Jira.

Step 14 Press the "Control+Option+U" keys to Open the rotor dialog.

Step 15 Move to the "links list" dialog using the "Left or Right" arrow keys. 

Step 16 Select the "Customer Channels" link from the "Links List" dialog.

Step 17 Press the "Return" key to change the VoiceOver focus to the "Customer Channels" link "Customers" screen in Jira.

Step 18 Press the "Ctrl+Option+Space" keys to open the service desk portal of the service desk project which was selected.

Step 19 Press the "Control+Option+U" keys to Open the rotor dialog.

Step 20 Move to the "links list" dialog using the "Left or Right" arrow keys. 

Step 21 Select the "Requests" link from the "Links List" dialog.

Step 22 Press the "Up+Down" keys to select the "All Issues" link from the "Requests" dropdown list of the customer portal.

Step 23 Press the "Return" key to change the VoiceOver focus to the "All Issues" link "Requests" dropdown list.

Step 24 Press the "Ctrl+Option+Space" keys to open the "View all Requests" screen in the Customer portal.
