Step 1  Press the "Command+F5" keys to turn on the VoiceOver feature.

Step 2  Press the "Control+Option+U" keys to Open the rotor dialog.

Step 3  Move to the "links list" dialog using the "Left or Right" arrow keys. 

Step 4  Select the "Issues" link from the "Links List" dialog.

Step 5  Press the "Return" key to change the focus of the VoiceOver screen reader.  

Step 6  The focus will be on the "Issues" button. Press the "Shift+Return" keys to expand the "Issues" dropdown list in Jira.

Step 7  Press the "Up+Down" keys to select the issue that needs to be open in view mode in Jira.

Step 8  Press the "Return" key to open the selected issue in Jira view mode.

Step 9  Press the "Control+Option+U" keys to Open the rotor dialog.

Step 10 Move to the "Headings" list using the "Left or Right" arrow keys. 

Step 11 Select the "Issue title" from the "Headings List" dialog.

Step 12 Press the "Return" key to change the focus of the VoiceOver screen reader.  

Step 13 The focus will be on the "Issue title" of the issue. Press the "Control+Option+Left/Right Arrow" keys to traverse through the details of the Jira issue or by selecting the related heading from the "Headings" list of the "Rotor" dialog and pressing the "Return" key will get the VoiceOver focus on. the related section header of the Jira issue.

Step 14 Press the "Control+Option+Space" keys to expand or collapse the related section of the Jira issue after the VoiceOver focus is on the collapsible button of the section in the Jira issue.    

Note: When the selected section has "links" the "Tab/Shift+Tab" keys need to be used since VoiceOver is not able to identify the links related to the section by traversing through them using "Control+Option+Left/Right Arrow" keys.
