How to upload a plugin from local machine

Below operation can only be carried out by Admin users
If the plugin you are uploading has a version that is already installed, it is best practice to delete the old version before beginning the upload process

Click on " Upload app " link which shows under the " Manage apps " section of the Atlassian application.
Click on " Choose File " button of the " Upload app " dialog to upload the artifact from the local environment.
