1. Press the "Ctrl+Option+U" keys to open the "Roter" dialog of the VoiceOver screen reader.
  2. Select the "Headings List" from the "Roter" dialog of the VoiceOver screen reader.
  3. Select the page title from the "Headings list" of the VoiceOver screen reader. 
  4. Press the "Return" key to change the focus to the page title of the page.
  5. Press the "Ctrl+Option+Right/Left Arrow" keys to change the focus to the image of the page.
  6. If the image is a regular image, the VoiceOver screen reader will express the image to the user.
  7. If the image is Optical Character Recognition "OCR" capable, the VoiceOver screen reader announces the user to click the "Get more details" button to get the text that the image has.
  8. Press the "Tab" key to move to the "Get more details" button.
  9. Press the "Ctrl+Option+Space" keys to click on the "Get more details" button of the image.
  10. Once the Optical Character Recognition "OCR" feature renders the data of the image, the VoiceOver screen reader will announce to the user that the "Details successfully retrieved" are related to the image.
  11. Press the "Ctrl+Option+Right/Left Arrow" keys to make the VoiceOver screen reader reads the content of the Optical Character Recognition "OCR" capable image of the Confluence page.
